Throughout history, artists have played a crucial role in bringing nations closer together and fostering empathy and understanding among people. Unlike military or political actions, it is through their imaginative and subtle creations that artists ignite enthusiasm and raise awareness. They transcend barriers of race, language, and nationality, encouraging dialogue and protecting human values. Artists have always been at the forefront of promoting peace and friendship worldwide. As a filmmaker, I aspire for our films to reflect the pride of our human society, advocating for peaceful coexistence and mutual respect for diverse beliefs and cultures. “Scarecrow’s Heart,” based on Yalovich Ural’s story, portrays the journey of a bird unable to join other birds in the tropics during winter, leading to an unexpected encounter with a scarecrow. The film has been featured in prestigious competitions such as the Netherlands International Film Festival, the Antonio Ricci Award in Italy, and the Bucharest Next Film Festival in Romania. It has also been screened at the International Children’s Animation and Television Festival in Italy.
